Personalized Dental Implant Care in Irvine
Missing teeth can affect eating, speaking and confidence. Dental implants are designed to replace a missing tooth from the root upward and can support a crown, bridge or denture. At Azin’s Premier Dental, Dr. Azin Sharif evaluates your oral health, listens to your goals and explains the available options in clear language before recommending treatment.
Every implant plan is individualized. Your consultation may include an examination and digital imaging to evaluate the teeth, gums and supporting bone. If an implant is appropriate, we will explain the expected stages, timing, restoration choices and costs. When another solution may fit your needs better, we will discuss that honestly as well.
Our Irvine dental office welcomes new patients and provides care in English, Spanish and Farsi. We accept many PPO plans and offer CareCredit and financing options for eligible patients.
What to Expect During Implant Planning
Implant treatment begins with careful planning rather than a one-size-fits-all recommendation. We review the location of the missing tooth or teeth, the condition of nearby teeth and gums, your bite, and the amount of supporting bone. Digital records or imaging may be used when clinically appropriate to help Dr. Sharif evaluate the area and discuss realistic options.
The implant itself replaces the root portion of a missing tooth. After appropriate healing, a restoration such as a crown may be attached to complete the visible portion of the tooth. Some patients need additional treatment before an implant can be placed, while others may be better served by a bridge, removable option, or another restorative approach. We explain those differences before you decide how to proceed.
